Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 6+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software teams.
• Experience developing and delivering product and technical roadmaps.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and reporting results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate vertical directions and shape strategy, involving engineering early.
• Own the framework for selecting opportunities to invest in when capacity is tight.
• Set and apply the bar for engagement qualification: scalability and multi-customer applicability.
• Collaborate with engineers through architecture, scope, and tradeoffs to ensure technical outcomes.
• Drive co-builds with AWS Service Teams and Partners using AI to accelerate delivery and create reusable patterns.
• Own end-to-end delivery from qualification through transfer, resolving cross-team ambiguity.
• Keep leadership informed on investments, outcomes, and impact.
• Mentor engineers and program managers to raise capability.
