Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience.
• 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• 3+ years experience with roadmap strategy and definition.
• 3+ years experience delivering programs in large-scale, globally distributed enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure or SaaS product teams (AWS a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and deliver results across teams without direct authority.
• 2+ years experience on AI/ML programs for scope, build and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple complex, high-stakes programs simultaneously.
• Anticipate and mitigate risk by identifying bottlenecks early and driving strategies to keep programs on track.
• Make hard tradeoffs by balancing business priorities with technical constraints.
• Provide technical leadership on how software applications are built and integrated into AWS ecosystem.
• Partner across organizations to align engineering, design, product, and business teams.
• Influence without authority by earning trust across teams you don't own.
