Job summary

Sony Engagement Platform Services (SEPS) seeks a Manager of Technical Program Management to lead a high-performing TPM team. You will drive end-to-end engineering programs, partner with executive leadership, and coordinate with global stakeholders across Sony's entertainment ecosystem.

Expect to mentor TPMs, manage cross-team dependencies, and shape strategy while upholding strong ethical standards in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in software development
• At least 2 years leading TPMs or program leads
• Experience guiding multi-team programs from concept to deployment
• Background as a Scrum Master with Agile ceremonies knowledge
• Ability to partner with engineering teams and business users

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing team of Technical Program Managers
• Drive end-to-end program execution across cross-platform initiatives
• Define and execute the team vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Improve program mgmt processes, tools, and delivery outcomes
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and executive leadership
• Uphold honesty, trustworthiness and ethical conduct within the team
