Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading complex technical programs within software, platform, infrastructure, cloud, or related engineering organizations.
• 5+ years of experience managing Technical Program Managers, Program Managers, or similar functions.
• Track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with annual planning, portfolio management, and executive reviews.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the Americas-based FSEE TPM team with ownership and continuous improvement.
• Establish operating models, governance, and reporting for cross-functional programs.
• Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and operations leaders to drive execution.
• Collaborate with TPM leadership across regions to standardize practices and execution.
• Develop talent, succession plans, and career paths within the TPM organization.
• Own annual planning, quarterly reviews, and leadership operating cadences.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and budget management.
• Surface risks and opportunities and implement improvement plans.
