Sony's Engagement Platform Services (SEPS) is seeking a Manager, Technical Program Management to lead a team of TPMs driving engineering programs across a global, distributed environment. You will own end-to-end program execution, partner with executives, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable platform initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software development industry
• 2+ years people management of TPMs or program leads
• Proven ability to lead multi-team programs with cross-team dependencies
• Experience as a Scrum Master with Agile ceremonies
• Knowledge of SDLC and system architecture concepts
• Strong communication and collaboration across business and technical teams
• Ability to balance priorities across programs and drive alignment
• Experience with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and globally distributed teams
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
