Qualifications

• 10+ years (Director, TPM) of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience.
• 5+ years of conducting and leading SaaS product development programs; understanding of the SaaS business model.
• Deep understanding of cyber security and risk management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on, detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical program planning and delivery for Security domains (Identity & Access, Data Security, Network Security, Technical Resilience, Cloud Security).
• Define program requirements and work with engineering to create execution tasks and Definition of Done.
• Translate business objectives into execution strategy; lead with agile leadership.
• Develop relationships with technology leaders to drive focus on strategic objectives and optimize delivery.
• Create executive-level program reporting with clear blockers, risks, and actions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to architect and deliver value quickly to customers.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and innovative program culture.
