Job summary

Fourier in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the development of our on-site hydrogen production system. You will drive end-to-end programs, coordinate hardware engineering, manufacturing, product, and operations teams, and mitigate risks from concept to launch.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of cross-functional leadership in hardware programs, a strong engineering background, and exceptional communication across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering and 10+ years leading cross-functional engineering programs.
• Experience with hardware product development and external partners.
• Strong communication and decision-making under ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program leadership from concept through launch with clear scope, timelines and milestones.
• Serve as the central point of contact across hardware engineering, manufacturing, product, operations and other teams to align stakeholders.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and drive resolutions to ensure program success.
• Communicate program status, risks and key decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Continuously assess and improve program management processes to increase efficiency.
