Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an IS Lead Technical Project Manager HQ to drive complex technology programs across multiple business functions. You will coordinate project delivery, roadmaps, and capacity planning, while mentoring delivery staff and ensuring governance and reporting excellence.

The role emphasizes enabling development into a leadership path and coordinating with IS leadership and executive stakeholders across enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cyber domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Ten+ years in technology project/program management or enterprise delivery.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional tech initiatives.
• PMP or equivalent certification is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects and programs from initiation through implementation and transition to operations.
• Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, vendors, and testing.
• Coordinate delivery across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business teams.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation, escalation, and timely decisions.
• Mentor project managers, analysts, and delivery staff to improve delivery practices.
• Present project health and budgets to sponsors and IS leadership.
• Manage vendor SLAs, statements of work, and budgets within approved plans.
