Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an IS Lead Technical Project Manager HQ to oversee complex technology programs across enterprise functions from a headquarters location. This role will mentor delivery staff, manage budgets, and coordinate vendor deliverables while shaping the technology roadmap.

You will direct project intake, prioritization, and portfolio alignment, ensuring governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across the business and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Ten+ years of experience in technology project/ program management or related delivery.
• PMP certification or equivalent accreditation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, workstreams, or vendors as an integrated program.
• Knowledge of enterprise apps, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud services, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects and programs from initiation to operational support.
• Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, vendors, testing, and readiness.
• Coordinate delivery across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business teams.
• Identify risks and drive timely mitigation, escalation, and decisions.
• Mentor and coach project managers, coordinators, analysts, and delivery staff.
• Present project health, financials, risks, and recommendations to sponsors and IS leadership.
