You will mentor delivery teams, drive governance, and influence roadmaps while coordinating vendor partnerships and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology project management, program management, or related delivery.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple related projects, workstreams, and vendors.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, integrations, cloud services, and operational support.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, project intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, or resource capacity.
• Experience mentoring or coaching delivery personnel.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, vendors, and changes.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and drive accountability across teams.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects and programs from initiation to transition to operations.
• Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and readiness.
• Coordinate delivery across enterprise apps, infra, cybersecurity, data, and business teams.
• Identify risks and drive timely mitigation and escalation decisions.
• Lead implementation readiness, cutover readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
• Support roadmap development by identifying initiatives, dependencies, timing, and resources.
• Participate in project intake, prioritization, and portfolio review activities.
• Mentor and coach project managers and delivery personnel.
• Review project plans and status reports to ensure alignment with leadership expectations.
• Present health, financials, risks, and options to sponsors and IS leadership.
