Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology project management or related roles.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, workstreams, and vendors.
• Working knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and cloud services.
• Experience supporting technology roadmaps, portfolio planning, and resource capacity.
• Experience mentoring or coaching project personnel.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendors, SOWs, and changes.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making.
• PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
• Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business teams.
• Identify risks and drive timely mitigation, escalation, and decisions.
• Lead readiness reviews and post-implementation assessments.
• Support technology roadmap development and portfolio planning.
• Mentor and coach project managers, analysts, and delivery personnel.
