Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, construction mgmt or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology project management or related fields.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, workstreams, and vendors.
• Working knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud, and ops support.
• Experience supporting roadmaps, project intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, or resource capacity.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing project-management staff.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, vendors, and SOWs.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead through influence across org boundaries.
• PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects and programs from initiation to transition to operations.
• Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate delivery across enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and business teams.
• Identify risks and drive timely mitigation and decisions.
• Lead implementation readiness, cutover readiness, and post-implementation reviews.
• Support technology roadmap development and prioritization.
• Participate in project intake, portfolio planning, and capacity planning.
• Mentor project managers and delivery staff.
• Review project plans and executive communications prepared by junior staff.
• Establish and improve project-management standards and governance.
• Provide directional guidance to assigned resources and coordinate cross-project work.
• Present project health, financials, risks, and recommendations to sponsors and leadership.
