Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Strong executive communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects from initiation through implementation and transition to operations.
• Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, vendors, testing, training, and readiness.
• Coordinate delivery across applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, integrations, service delivery, and business teams.
• Identify risks and drive timely mitigation, escalation, and decision-making.
• Mentor and coach project managers, analysts, and delivery personnel.
• Present project health, financial status, risks, and recommendations to sponsors and IS leadership.
