Job summary

Pointr in Boston (Back Bay) is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead healthcare initiatives. You will partner with clients and internal teams to deliver indoor location technology solutions, balancing tactical delivery with strategic oversight across multiple projects.

You will own end-to-end delivery for healthcare programs, standardize processes, manage resource planning, and collaborate with hospital IT and clinical stakeholders to ensure successful deployments while growing our

Qualifications

10+ years IT project management or technical consultancy experience in hardware or software.
5+ years leading programs with multiple client implementations simultaneously.
3+ years in healthcare with exposure to health IT, RTLS, or hospital operations.
Proven ability to manage fast-paced environments and complex deliveries.
Experience delivering large-scale, multi-site or multi-customer programs.

Responsibilities

Own requirements gathering, planning, implementation, and deployment for global clients.
Coordinate with clients and delivery teams to deliver Pointr products and services.
Identify process improvements to shorten delivery cycles.
Collaborate with hospital IT, network, and facilities teams on integrations (Epic, RTLS).
Standardize healthcare delivery processes and track resource utilization.
