Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in hardware product development.
• Strong knowledge of phase-gate/stage-gate product development and gate readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned products through PDP Phases 0–6, from ideation to scale production and deprecation.
• Build and own the integrated product development schedule with milestones and critical path.
• Own Exit Gate readiness and run the gate reviews.
• Support Product Management in system-level trade-off decisions and evaluations of improvements.
• Own the integrated view of engineering, product management, supply chain, manufacturing and operations deliverables.
• Map cross-functional interdependencies and surface second- and third-order effects before schedule changes.
• Drive schedule adherence with clear owners and dates, holding the organization accountable.
• Partner with the Principal Commercial Program Manager to ensure hardware readiness for customer commitments and documentation.
