Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Infrastructure to lead cross-cutting programs across engineering teams. You’ll plan, communicate, and steer large-scale migrations, improve internal platforms, and drive KPIs that measure delivery at scale.

You’ll partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and engineers to ensure solutions scale company-wide while minimizing disruption to product teams. You’ll shape technical design, anticipate roadblocks, and use data to influence strategic

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management experience.
• Experience with developer products or open-source projects.
• Experience in distributed systems, software libraries and frameworks, and service-oriented architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-organization programs spanning Stripe engineering teams.
• Define scope, communicate plans, and drive large migrations.
