Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Infrastructure to drive large, cross-functional programs that improve internal platforms powering all Stripe products. You will partner with engineering leaders to plan, communicate, and steer complex migrations and platform improvements.

In a hybrid/remote setup, you will influence architectural decisions, define KPIs, and elevate delivery performance across time zones, contributing to scalable, reliable services and a strong engineering culture

Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management experience.
Experience with developer products or open-source projects.
Experience in distributed systems, software libraries and frameworks, and service-oriented architectures.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive large-scale technical programs spanning Stripe engineering organizations.
Plan, communicate, and steer execution of cross-functional programs.
Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Engineers, and other TPMs to define scope and drive migrations to conclusion.
Define frameworks, KPIs, and success criteria for programs.
