Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-visibility planning programs and scale our process management as product lines expand. You will partner with engineering, product, analytics, and other teams to optimize delivery and drive improvements across the organization.

You will help design lean, scalable workflows, align priorities with company OKRs, and establish transparent communication strategies to reinforce accountability and sustained execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of proven experience managing programs, processes, and change management in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes.
• Organized and strategic approach to collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Obsesses over getting the details right but knows how to make tradeoff decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
• Track record of successfully implementing frameworks at scale and building relationships in a remote friendly culture.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills.
• Passion and drive to change consumer finance for the better.
• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments or Commerce is a plus.
