BrickRed Systems is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager II to drive operational excellence across Product and Engineering teams while managing enterprise customer programs and executive engagement events.

You will bridge Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales, shaping roadmaps with customer insights, building scalable processes for global teams, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Program Operations, or Operations Management within software or technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of virtual customer forums and executive customer events.
• Manage event logistics including invitations, registrations, attendee tracking, surveys, and live event support.
• Coordinate Product Advisory Board (PAB) and executive customer engagement programs.
• Build scalable operational processes connecting Product, Engineering, and Customer-facing organizations.
• Track enterprise customer feature requests and ensure alignment with product roadmap planning.
• Develop structured customer feedback management processes.
• Facilitate communication between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Monitor project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify program risks and proactively remove operational blockers.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across global technical teams.
• Design, document, and implement repeatable operational workflows.
• Improve collaboration between R&D and customer-facing teams.
• Support roadmap planning through structured customer insights and feedback analysis.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining execution quality.
• Maintain project documentation, operational processes, and governance standards.
• Ensure consistent communication among stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Support executive leadership through program reporting and operational updates.
