BRK Tech is seeking an IT Program Director to lead strategic enterprise technology programs across our utility portfolio. Based in Portland, OR with flexibility to work across locations including Las Vegas, Reno, Des Moines, and Glen Allen, VA, you will drive modernization initiatives, align business and IT, and report to senior leadership.

You will influence stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget, delivering measurable business value at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise technology programs or large-scale modernization efforts.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders across business and tech.
• Understanding of enterprise application environments and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern large-scale technology and business transformation programs across multiple functions.
• Partner with executive leadership and teams to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Drive ERP/CRM/HR/operations modernization programs and integration efforts.
