Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional Enterprise Technology & AI programs. You will partner with IT leadership to translate strategy into structured roadmaps and measurable outcomes in a highly visible, remote-friendly setting.

You will operate at the intersection of IT, Finance, Legal, Product, and Business operations, delivering governance, risk management, and scalable processes across global teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program management experience leading large cross-functional Enterprise Technology & AI programs.
• Ability to simplify complex processes and build structured approaches to ambiguity.
• Experience influencing without authority and aligning senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with executive-level presentation experience.
• Familiarity with IT domains such as business systems, data, security, AI, or enterprise architecture.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, SAFe; PMP/CSM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for large-scale Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives.
• Define and communicate clear success metrics and report risks to ETA leadership.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand problems and outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and manage dependencies across teams.
• Improve governance frameworks, intake processes, and ways of working.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable work plans accessible to all.
• Anticipate risks and interdependencies, mitigating blockers proactively.
• Model company values and remote-work best practices to sustain async culture.
