Job summary

RedSail Technologies in Oak Brook, IL, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead enterprise initiatives at the intersection of product strategy, software development, and business transformation. You will own end-to-end programs, align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive measurable value across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success.

This role requires 6+ years in program management or software delivery, with Scrum experience and PM certifications preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
Scrum (Preferred)
Project Management Certifications (Preferred)
Certification in Six Sigma with real-world project experience.
Proven experience leading large, complex Product/Engineering initiatives.
Experience in SaaS/platform environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver large cross-functional programs tied to product strategy and company priorities.
Translate objectives into structured program plans with clear success metrics.
Collaborate with Product leadership to manage lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
Serve as primary partner to Product Managers and Engineering leaders across planning, delivery, and release stages.
Leverage AI tools and process improvements to streamline workflows and collaboration.
Drive readiness for major releases and ensure alignment between technical delivery and business outcomes.
