Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Experience launching products and coordinating GTM efforts.
• Strong data analytics instincts and ability to measure release health.

Responsibilities

• Define the Launch Standard including gates, playbooks, decisions, and rituals.
• Orchestrate cross-functional readiness across Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, GTM, and Sales.
• Create dashboards and launch briefs to keep stakeholders informed with high-signal, low-noise updates.
• Instrument the release process, run retrospectives, and drive continuous improvement.
