Job summary

Sentry is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end of the EPD pipeline, from feature completion to customer rollout. You will define what “good” looks like for product launches, building the playbooks, gates, and rituals that make releases more intentional and coordinated.

In this role you’ll bridge Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, GTM, and Sales, designing operating models, dashboards, and launch briefs.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Technical Program Management in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Builder mindset: created processes or frameworks from scratch.
• Strong data and analytics instincts to measure release health and adoption.
• Ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, GTM, and Sales without direct authority.
• Sharp written communication: launch briefs, escalations, and process docs.
• Strong prioritization skills to triage competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Define the Launch Standard: gates, playbooks, decision rights, and rituals.
• Own Feature Flag & Cohort Strategy: manage early access programs, beta cohorts, and staged rollouts.
• Orchestrate Cross-Functional Readiness: ensure Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, GTM, and Sales are aligned before shipping.
• Keep Everyone Informed and Confident: build dashboards, launch briefs, status updates.
• Improve with Every Launch: instrument the release process, run retrospectives, and drive continuous improvements.
