Job summary

Moody's Newark, CA-based program management role leads full-system SaaS programs from concept to launch and stabilization, coordinating across Engineering, Product, UX/Research, Data/Platform, Security, Legal/Compliance, Customer Success, Support and GTM to translate product vision into actionable plans. You will drive scope, milestones and execution while maintaining milestones and readiness checkpoints.

The role requires 4–7 years of PM/PPM experience, 2+ years on large SaaS programs, strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
Certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe) are a plus.
Experience leading large SaaS programs end-to-end.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product and Security.
Familiarity with release management and deployment strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead full-system SaaS programs from concept through launch and post-launch stabilization.
Define scope, milestones, and drive execution across multiple teams.
Align roadmap intent with architecture, dependencies, and capacity across all teams.
Coordinate workstreams across Engineering, Product, UX/Research, Data/Platform, Security, Legal/Compliance, Customer Success, Support, and GTM.
Establish operating cadence and launch readiness checkpoints.
Identify cross-team issues early and drive resolutions.
Oversee risk management and change control.
Lead launch readiness and go-live activities with security approvals.
Continuous improvement of planning templates and dashboards.
