Job summary

Amazon AWS seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead delivery and cross‑organization coordination within Foundational Data Technology (FDT) for AWS Product Analytics. You will own multi‑program delivery strategies and partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Platform teams.

You will guide data‑driven initiatives, drive program governance, and mentor engineers while ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely execution across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end project management of large programs, planning, risk and issue management, and execution.
• Define scope, prioritize work, manage sprints, and report status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers, technical staff, and leaders to deliver complex features.
• Drive cross-org programs, write business cases, secure funding, align roadmaps.
• Lead requirement gathering, design/technology selection, and design reviews.
• Empower teams to deliver analytics and self-serve reporting.
• Deep dive processes, understand challenges, brainstorm solutions, guide AI adoption.
• Develop understanding of data sources and appropriate data for business problems.
• Work with Product, Finance, Service Eng and Sales to support analytics needs.
• Manage multiple requests, prioritize, and collaborate to deliver results.
• Mentor engineers and reinforce positive team culture.
