Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the program strategy, delivery roadmap, and cross-organization execution.
• Drive alignment across Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Sales.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple engineering teams and manage dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks around data quality, scalability, auditability.
• Communicate progress to senior leadership with clear business context.
