Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in a fully remote role to drive end-to-end programs within the Business Data Technologies (BDT) organization, delivering data platform services that empower internal teams and customers worldwide.

You will partner with stakeholders across Amazon to shape roadmaps, manage ambiguity, and ensure timely delivery of complex features in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end project management functions of large programs including planning, risk and issue management, trade-offs and execution.
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
• Effectively cooperate with customers, technical staff and leaders, business leaders and executives in different geographical locations to define and deliver complex features.
• Ability to make sense of ambiguity, define and plan programs in a fast paced and highly-technical organization, and secure buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
