Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager in Los Angeles or Seattle to drive complex, cross-functional programs that span Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. You will own end-to-end outcomes, from scoping to delivery, partnering with engineering, product, and business leaders to shape delivery models and priorities.

Qualifications

Established in Technical Program Management with 7+ years of software industry experience.
Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs from scoping through delivery.
Experience with Agile and software delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans and drive end-to-end execution of multiple programs.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional leaders to align on roadmap and strategy.
Influence direction and reduce complexity across teams.
Mentor other program leads and improve processes iteratively.
