Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience in a large organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Vendor management experience with external products and services.
• Ability to apply AI technologies to day-to-day activities.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering projects, overseeing timelines, objectives, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans with resource allocation and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
