Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager / Release Train Engineer to lead our Agile Release Train. You will orchestrate quarterly PI Planning, facilitate ART ceremonies, and drive cross‑functional alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

You will partner with senior leadership to shape roadmaps, mentor teams in SAFe, and apply GenAI tools to automate reports and derive data‑driven insights, enhancing predictability across AI/ML lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and PI planning.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, product, and business.
• Hands‑on with AI/ML tooling to automate reports and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate ART ceremonies (PI Planning, Syncs, I&A, System Demos).
• Coach scrum teams to achieve PI objectives with measurable impact.
• Align cross‑functional partners to ensure strategy‑execution alignment.
• Translate Team PI Objectives into Program Objectives and maintain visibility.
