Job summary
ModMed is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead our Agile Release Train (ART) and manage quarterly PI Planning. The role requires coordinating across engineering, product, and business stakeholders, with a focus on value stream management, risk mitigation, and AI-driven insights to improve predictability.
The ideal candidate will oversee SAFe practices, mentor teams, and partner with senior leadership to shape technical roadmaps while driving DevOps
Qualifications
- Experience leading Agile Release Train ceremonies (PI Planning, Syncs, Inspect & Adapt, System Demos).
- Mentor scrum teams and drive PI objectives with measurable business impact.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools to automate reports and derive insights.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate PI Planning and ART ceremonies end-to-end.
- Coach scrum teams to achieve PI objectives with business impact.
- Coordinate cross-team alignment between Product, Engineering and Architecture.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to measure ART health and throughput.
- Apply AI to analyze project data and predict risks and bottlenecks.
- Mentor teams in SAFe and DevOps practices.
