Job summary
ModMed is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager / Release Train Engineer to lead our Agile Release Train (ART) and quarterly PI Planning. You will orchestrate cross-functional alignment among engineering, product, and business stakeholders, optimize value flow, and mentor teams in SAFe practices.

Qualifications
- 5+ years delivering large-scale software programs with SAFe or Agile.
- Proven ability to run PI Planning and manage dependencies.
- Experience guiding AI/ML development lifecycles and data teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead ART ceremonies, PI Planning, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Coach scrum teams and align engineering, product, and business goals.
- Translate objectives into measurable program outcomes and roadmaps.
- Foster continuous improvement and SAFe maturity across teams.
- Leverage GenAI to draft reports, summarize plans, and present data.
