ModMed is seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager / Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead our Agile Release Train (ART). This role orchestrates PI Planning, facilitates ART ceremonies, and aligns engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

You will optimize value flow, manage dependencies, and mentor teams in SAFe practices, with hands-on GenAI tooling to enhance reporting and insights. The ideal candidate will apply AI/ML development lifecycle understanding to coordinate

Qualifications

• Experience leading Agile Release Train ceremonies (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums).
• Ability to translate PI objectives into actionable program outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate ART ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Syncs and System Demos.
• Coach scrum teams to deliver PI objectives with measurable impact.
• Drive value-flow optimization and risk/dependency management across the ART.
• Partner with leadership to shape roadmaps and resource allocations.
