Job summary

Rewards Network in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end governance and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs. This embedded role partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to drive platform transformations and major product modernization initiatives.

The role requires senior-level influence without direct authority, exemplary communication to executives, and a proven ability to navigate multi-workstream environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of technical program or project management delivering software/tech initiatives in SaaS/B2B/B2C environments.
• Experience leading a portfolio of multiple concurrent programs from inception to launch with technical fluency.
• Experience with Agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
• Experience presenting program-level status to executives and senior leaders.
• Ability to ramp quickly into ambiguous, in-flight programs and operate independently.
• Strong fundamentals in scope, scheduling, dependencies, risks, change control.
• Ability to translate goals into structured, actionable plans with clear milestones.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for complex cross-functional initiatives spanning platform transformations and product modernization.
• Define and maintain program plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-program dependency maps.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks; escalate and trade-off when necessary.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to sequence work and run governance with steering committees and cadences.
• Own program-level reporting to executives and key stakeholders; produce clear, decision-ready summaries.
• Manage cross-program dependencies with internal partners and external integrations.
• Lead cross-functional execution of product launches and go-to-market plans; align with Marketing on messaging.
• Serve as primary contact for cross-functional programs and drive timely delivery.
• Continuously improve governance processes and templates; adopt AI-native workflows.
