Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience leading customer-facing or premium support programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise support models and customer lifecycle practices.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, and Support.
• Travel is not required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive program strategy for Advanced, Enterprise, and Extended Support programs.
• Establish governance models, KPIs, and reporting rhythms.
• Accelerate AI/GenAI adoption, automation, and self-service capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support.
• Track performance and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and the Deal Desk to ensure pricing integrity and upsell opportunities.
