J.P. Morgan is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager in its Consumer & Community Banking Core Engineering Solutions unit to guide and accelerate technology initiatives that improve the engineer experience across the organization.

You will oversee program scope, resources, budgets, risks, and cross-functional collaboration while applying advanced AI-assisted planning. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and delivery excellence in a fast-growing product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Ability to break down objectives into tasks and activities.
• Experience leading through the project lifecycle and influencing decisions.
• Strong technical fluency with current platforms, software tools, and technologies.
• Advanced stakeholder management with proven outcomes.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with validation and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Be the go-to domain expert presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to derive new concepts and value-added activities.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Evaluate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation.
• Monitor progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with customers to understand challenges and develop solutions.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis.
• Use data-driven insights to improve program performance.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting.
