Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing software or infrastructure engineering teams and developing people into larger scope.
• Strong background in production systems, data engineering, infrastructure, distributed systems, or observability.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and Kubernetes-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Be hands-on, lead and grow the capacity engineering team; hire, onboard, coach, and retain senior and staff engineers.
• Champion internal customers across research engineering, inference, infrastructure, and finance; align roadmap with stakeholders.
• Own the engineering roadmap across data platform, planning and efficiency; make explicit trade-offs.
