ED Wallach Search Group is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Stratospheric Balloon and Radar programs from early customer engagement through delivery. You will provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams, shaping requirements, architecture, and program plans while balancing scope, cost, schedule, and performance.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, business development, and growth opportunities in advanced aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in program management and engineering.
• Experience leading complex engineering or systems-development programs.
• Strong background in systems engineering with customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs with cost, schedule, and performance accountability.
• Interface with customers and internal leadership on technical and program aspects.
• Shape requirements during concept, capture, and execution phases.
• Direct cross-functional teams across engineering, contracts, and business dev.
• Develop architecture roadmaps and system integration decisions.
• Mentor junior program managers and promote PM best practices.
