Job summary

Echodyne Corp is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead hardware and software product development in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, systems, and manufacturing to deliver high-performance radar solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in technical program management, strong leadership, and experience guiding hardware development programs with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in technical program management.
• Experience leading hardware development programs.
• Experience leading development programs with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative radar products and solutions that meet customer needs and Echodyne’s technology differentiators.
• Define, plan, and manage complex development programs.
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, electrical, systems engineers, radar scientists and manufacturing teams.
• Track and report program status and metrics; drive process improvements in development methods.
