You will lead project managers on radar development programs and cultivate new radar business development in concert with strategic teams. The role involves planning, managing, and overseeing technical performance of one or more programs at a single

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in engineering, science or related technical field with 11+ years of program administration.
Experience applying program management principles and leading teams to meet milestones.
Hands-on radar systems knowledge; SIL integration, flight and ground test experience preferred.
Ability to develop DoD proposals, defense industry business development, contract negotiations.
Experience in cost/schedule management (EVMS/IMS) and government property management.
Strong communication, leadership, and ability to interface with multiple stakeholders; travel up to 25%.
Top Secret security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

Lead project managers executing radar development programs and cultivate new radar business development opportunities with GA-ASI strategic teams.
Plan, manage, and technically perform one or more programs at a single location.
Lead all phases from initiation through delivery using defined plans and delivery methods.
Make decisions impacting schedule and resources; coordinate across teams to achieve objectives.
Collaborate with strategic development and marketing teams to align program goals with company growth.
