BEStstaff, Inc. is seeking a technical Program Manager to join our aerospace programs. In a small, collaborative environment you will plan programs from inception through delivery, define baselines and milestones, and ensure timely customer SRDLs.

You will coordinate design reviews, manage schedules and ETC, and uphold contract requirements. Travel may be domestic and international. This role offers growth opportunities within a tight-knit team, with mentorship and a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or PM with 5 years PM experience.
• Technical aerospace background is highly desirable.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning from inception to delivery with baselines and milestones.
• Oversee development and timely delivery of customer SRDLs.
• Coordinate design reviews across the program lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules and ETC tracking.
• Manage contract scope and statement of work requirements.
• Serve as primary customer program representative and ensure quality requirements.
