Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 11–13 years leading strategically significant, complex programs in aerospace/defense/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to independently manage large-scale program execution.
• Experience with program roadmaps, risk management, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and profitability for high-value contracts.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own complete lifecycle management of large programs from contract award to delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; lead program communications.
• Develop program strategies, detailed roadmaps, and integrated schedules.
• Lead development of proposals, IR&D, and CapEx initiatives; manage scoping and cost planning.
• Drive profitability through forecasting, cost tracking, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/regulatory/export-control requirements across teams.
• Mentor less senior program managers and specialists; share knowledge with organization.
• Present program performance and plans to senior leadership.
