Job Juncture in the United States seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Stratospheric Balloon and Radar programs from early customer engagement through execution. This role blends technical leadership, program management, customer engagement, and business development, serving as a trusted advisor while balancing scope, cost, schedule, performance, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex engineering or systems‑development programs.
• Strong systems engineering background with credibility with engineering teams.
• Experience working with U.S. Government customers, DoD or IC.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs with responsibility for cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary technical and program interface with customers and internal leadership.
• Shape requirements during concept, capture, proposal, and execution phases.
• Translate customer needs into system-level requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, contracts, supply chain, and business development.
• Monitor performance against baselines and drive corrective action.
• Coordinate long-lead procurement and ensure contractual requirements flow down to suppliers.
• Develop and deliver program status reports and customer-facing presentations.
• Mentor junior program managers and help establish PM best practices.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and technology forums.
