Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, seeks a Project Manager for Advanced Manufacturing to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from inception to closeout. You will coordinate internal disciplines, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, and provide on-site support across Advanced Technology, Manufacturing/Industrial, R&D Labs, and Data Centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• 7+ years of engineering, project management, or related technical project delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing projects from inception through completion.
• Must be located within commutable distance of a Glumac office.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary engineering projects for Advanced Technology, Manufacturing/Industrial, R&D Laboratory, and Data Center clients from inception to closeout.
• Coordinate work of internal engineering disciplines, assign responsibilities, and maintain alignment across disciplines.
• Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop project work plans and coordinate staffing with discipline leads.
• Lead project coordination meetings and review progress, risks, and issues.
• Monitor project performance and report status to Program/Engineering Manager; escalate issues as appropriate.
• Review and coordinate project documentation and deliverables to meet client requirements and contractual obligations.
• Support QA/QC by coordinating with Glumac QA/QC teams.
• Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, including meetings.
• Travel to client facilities and project sites for on-site management as required.
