Job summary

Amazon’s PV Ads – Ad Tech Ops team seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive scalable onboarding, issue resolution, and feature rollouts for PVC and FAST partnerships. You will bridge engineering and business teams to maintain ad delivery health and integration stability.

You will own onboarding, intake workflows, SLAs, and handoffs; coordinate cross-functional incident response; and align runbooks, dashboards, and reporting with partner health and SLA goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product or program management with software teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and release schedules.
• Experience designing system-level technical architecture and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Drive ad tech feasibility assessments and timeline planning within deals.
• Own partner onboarding, intake workflows, SLAs, and handoffs for PVC/FAST partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional incident resolution with internal and external teams with escalations and root-cause analysis.
• Plan and execute post-launch rollouts of PVC advertising capabilities with readiness checks and adoption tracking.
• Own runbooks, automation opportunities, and toil-reduction metrics.
• Build partner health dashboards and automated reporting for stakeholders.
