Job summary

Amazon in New York is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the PV Ads – Ad Tech Ops team to scale partner onboarding, incident management, and feature rollouts across PVC and FAST partnerships. You will bridge engineering and business to improve ad delivery health and integration stability.

Responsibilities include scoping, onboarding, triaging issues, planning post-launch fanouts like Pause Ads and mid-roll expansion, and owning toil-reduction efforts with dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Deal Scoping: Drive feasibility assessments and timeline planning for deals.
• Onboarding & Intake: Own partner onboarding programs, SLAs, and handoffs.
• Issue Triaging & Management: Coordinate cross-functional incident resolution and SLA tracking.
• Feature Rollouts / Fanout: Plan post-launch ads feature rollouts and adoption tracking.
• Operational Process Ownership: Own runbooks, automation opportunities, toil reduction.
• Observability & Reporting: Design partner health dashboards and self-service status tools.
