Job summary

Amazon's Prime Video Ads division is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager for Ad Tech Ops. You will bridge engineering and business teams to drive onboarding, issue management, and feature rollouts across PVC and FAST partnerships.

The role focuses on scalable processes, operational excellence, and health of ad delivery. You will own end-to-end onboarding, incident triage, and dashboard reporting while coordinating with PVA Engineering and Product teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Drive ad tech feasibility assessments and timeline planning earlier in deals.
Own and scale end-to-end partner onboarding for PVC and FAST partners.
Coordinate incident resolution across internal and external teams with structured escalation.
Plan and execute post-launch rollouts of new PVC advertising capabilities across partners.
Own manual processes, drive runbook creation, and track toil reduction metrics.
