The role requires a strong PM background, business acumen, and collaboration with technical and non-technical leadership to innovate and improve processes continuously.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience as a program manager within a technology environment.
• Progressive track record delivering complex technology systems or services.
• Bachelor's in computer science/engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• Familiarity with technology services, workflow modeling and application integration is a plus.
• Effective written and oral communication with all levels of business and technical leadership.
• Thorough understanding of software engineering processes is critical.
• High energy with an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to innovate.

Responsibilities

• In an agile environment, drive the entire program lifecycle from requirements through launch and support.
• Synthesize requirements, lead engineering efforts to meet timelines and deploy.
• Break down work into logical groups to enable early and frequent delivery.
• Manage customer expectations, clarify accountability, and prioritize to maximize value.
• Address bottlenecks and balance security and business needs against constraints.
