Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience as a program manager within a technology environment.
• Bachelor’s in computer science/engineering or equivalent education and experience.
• Familiarity with technology services, workflow modeling and application integration.
• Excellent written and oral communication with all levels of business and technical leadership.
• Thorough understanding of software engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• In an agile environment, drive the entire program lifecycle: requirements definition through specification, design, quality assurance, implementation, integration, launch, and support.
• Synthesize requirements, recommend alternative approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines.
• Manage customer expectations, establish clear accountabilities, prioritize and re-prioritize to maximize value.
• Address bottlenecks and balance security and business needs against constraints.
